Our freedom in the USA allows any kind of lifestyle

In the USA of 2008 our beloved FREEDOM allows any of us to live the kind of lifestyle they desire.

Where else in human history could a human live a lifestyle that allows one to be oblivious to the outside world ?

The answer is it has never happened before.  The internet and home delivery and online banking and telecommuting and even government welfare has allowed people the freedom to live in their own bubble that is totally impervious to the rest of the outside world.

How can this happen ?

The answer is our FREEDOM that allows us to be anyone we think we can be, including an absolute loser :)
